Febraury was a pretty busy month. But it ended with a fabulous Unbirthday celebration.
Let me explain- Tucano's sends out free meal cards for customer's birthdays. Somehow mine didn't show up..... until February. Either they were 6 months late or 6 months early, but it came! So we celebrated my un-birthday- complimentary ice cream sundae and all. (and don't you worry- they sang to me too)
This month also hosted our first Valentine's as an old-married couple. We opted out of going out to dinner-so Jacob was in charge of preparing what to eat to stay in. We went Asian-style, even enough to sit on the floor around our Ikea coffee table. (and yes- those Jacob sent me those great flowers to work. I am a cheesy girl. I do love getting flowers.) We had lettuce wraps, dumplings and fried rice.
My 3-Year China Reunion was this month also. I cannot believe it has been 3 years since I left. It was amazing seeing everyone again. (well, almost everyone).

So peace out- ya'll.
And in the spirit of China- Wo Ai Ni.
Steph, you are so cute! I love that you celebrated your Unbirthday, that is just fabulous! Looks like you Jacob did a great job of preparing your romantic Valentine's date. I am coming to Utah in April so maybe we can get together for lunch!
