Ski free after three at Alta

 As an owner of skis, I have never really gotten that good at skiing.

With the high prices of a lift ticket I usually only make it to the slopes once a year.

Which means I never really improve...

In walks Alta's Ski For Free After Three.

Yes, ladies and gentlemen. You heard right.

Every day you can ski for free from 3 to 4:30 p.m.

So we did.

Well, my family planned a time to go. 

And we invited ourselves.

I worked extra the Friday before so we could go on a Monday and beat the crowds

It truly was the perfect amount of people.

Not too busy and we rarely had to wait to get on the lift.

And we got in 5 runs. Not too shabby.

On the downside, when the sun went down it was a bit cold.

Like my whole face almost froze off.

It was the first time she has been skiing in 15 years.

She rocked it.

The gorgeous view down the mountain.

Seriously, I love Utah in the winter.

Is it bad that I keep praying for one more big snowstorm?
