Goodbye Fall

Fall is my favorite season. While short in Utah, Fall is gorgeous for when we have it.
And our mountains (yes, they are ours) are the haven for beautiful leaves.

After a quick picnic in the park (we must have an outdoor movie there in the summer), we headed up to lover's lane, aka Squaw Peak. (For those who didn't go to high school here, Squaw Peak is known as make out point. That is only hearsay.)

The only way to ride up the mountain.

Moo in the trailing car with Padre.

My hair was a rat's nest when we were done.
But sticking my head out the window was a lot of fun.
I can see why dogs like it. :)
Beautiful colors. (sadly, the sun was not on our side to get really great photos.)

We were not the only ones who thought Squaw Peak would be a perfect end of fall activity.
A loving couple was kind enough to take our photo.
I love the view of Provo. I've always wanted to have a house with this view.

One of the last sunsets.
With the sun setting often before I leave work nowadays (damn you, Daylight Savings!), this is the last one to see for a while.
