Week 11

Contributing to Bountiful Baskets has really forced us to try new things.

I adore pineapple, but it always seems to expensive to purchase at the grocery store.
It was in our basket a few weeks ago and we used it for BBQ night.

The recipe is intense. But I think you can handle it.

Are you ready?

All you need is pineapple and brown sugar.

Yes. I am serious. I couldn't believe it when I asked my mom for the recipe.
This is truly delicious and so easy. Teriyaki chicken night was definitely kicked up a notch.

Grilled Pineapple

Cut pineapple into chunks.
Put into zip loc bag or container.
Sprinkle 1/4 - 1/2 cup of brown sugar.
Marinate for 30 minutes and then grill.

We don't have a grill so we use our George Foreman and it worked perfectly.
